I STARTED RUNNING ON SNOW, HAVE 2, BUT GOING TO BUY YAC TRACKS, AT LOCAL RUNNING STORE, MY XMAS PRESENT TO ME. UP DATE TO MY SELF. i SPENT THE MONTH OF OCT. WORKING ON MY STRIDE I WEILL USE IN MARATHON, A LOPE, FASTER THEN A POWER WALK. HOW I FOUND MY STRIDE OR LOPE. I WALKED AS FAST AS I COULD, WENT IT GOT MISERABLE, I BROKE INTO A LOPE. mY COACH TOLD ME TO TAKE MY BASIC RUNNING PROGRAM, HE WROTE FOR ME, AND EXCHANGE THE WALKING PART FOR MY MARATHON STRIDE, OR WHAT I CALL MY LOPE. I AM TO DO ACCELERATION ONCE A WEEK, PURPOOSE TO GET STRONGER, AND FASTER. I DO NOT WANT ANY ONE TO THINK I AM WALKING THE PORTLAND MARATHON, THAT MEANS EVERYBODY, AND ANYBODY. LITTLE JOKE.
